Delivery etc was on time, although the delivery person was fairly grumpy and unhelpful when it came to putting the tree around the side of the house. The tree itself has definitely been a bit battered. Even after a few days, it's clear that this one had been stored poorly. It shouldn't have been sent to a customer. It's sparse in the middle and looks quite sorry for itself. Next year I will probably buy from elsewhere.
